Page builder totally frozen, went blank, non responsive after I refreshed page

  • HELP: I was editing my main page on a single page theme NAMO from themeforest. It has never given me any problems. However, with the upload media tab open, I refreshed the page by accident. Now it shows totally blank and is completely non responsive. I cannot edit anything on the page. Nothing shows up above the hero section where the page builder usually displays. Worse, I lost important sections from my live site. There doesn’t seem to be any way I can access the page builder to correct it.

    Is there a fix?
    Is there a way to recover from a backup or older ‘update’ publish?

  • As that’s a premium theme which is not supported here on www.ads-software.com, you should post a support request from the theme’s author over at themeforest.
