URL / Images links inserting into items

First let me say the end result of your tables plugin looked better than I could imagine.
BUT…Is there an easy way to put pdfs into the items?
Maybe I’m making this harder than it should be but in order to get my pdf links in I had to write the whole codea href=”https://wp.xxxxx.org/wp-content/uploads/CARoster-by-chapter-July-2013.pdf”>CARoster by chapter July 2013</a
