Tips on implementing simple Number Reservation

I have a WordPress site in which I want to include a section where users can reserve numbers (actually cinema ticket codes).

So, the “app” should tell how many numbers are left, save and list the ones that the user had reserved and, if possible, send an email when submitting a reservation.

Tickets codes are resetted every two months, and I should be able to load them.

I’ve never did something beyond posting stuff in WP, so that’s why I’m here. I’m not asking you to tell exactly how could I do, but just an idea would be helpful. Also, any plugin designed for this generic purpose is welcome.
