[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Changing/updating "stuff" with a CDN

I have looked all over and not found a direct answer to this. I have been using W3 Total Cache for over a year with excellent resullts. I have just started migrating some test sites to the Rackspace PUSH CDN.

Once running, with an initial load and successful operations, what needs to be done (if anything) if themes, plug-ins or WP itself updates or is manually updated? I have already noticed that Media Library additions appear to very quickly and automatically get added to the CDN host site.
