Random tweet time.

Hello,
I’m using the pro version of WP to Twitter plugin, and its tweeting my posts with a 30 minutes random delay to my Twitter account.
Is it possible to turn this feauture on?
And is it possible to import Twitter comments to my posts without the usual @’s?
