All forms vanished

Hi Sam, are you using 4.0.19 version? If you are then that is unreliable and unsafe. You should update your plugin as soon as possible to the latest version.

Make sure you create a backup first of your website then create a backup of your contact form. See if that version has the exporting options available.

If you don’t have a backup and used the form when it was version 3.xx, try the import button.

You should check the health of your server. Data loss is not normal. Maybe it does not have enough memory or hard drive space.

Thanks for the fast replies. I had not realized that the upgrade needed the import from version 3. Did that and updated to the lates version. All is well now.
