WPML and sitemap index for every language

Hello,
I have a multilingual site with WPML and SEO Yoast, main language is Italian and English as a sub-folder /en.
SEO Yoast creates the sitemap index only the main language (https://……../sitemap_index.xml), I would like to know if Google XML Sitemaps is also possible to create the index of the second language http: //……../en/sitemap_index.xml?
