OAM upload issues

  • I am trying to upload a published OAM file, named “learningcentre.oam.” I keep getting “Aborting, the project name is not valid” messages despite having tinkered with the name and having removed underscores and capital letters.
    Another file I am also trying to upload is apparently too big – is there any way to reduce .oam size without damaging resolution, etc.?

    Hi,

    check the project name within Edge Animate, not the filename.

    The main solution to file size issues is to optimize the assets, so isn’t really that much else you can do.
