Just upgraded to the new word press. I followed directions, deactivated plugins, backup everything, but when I viewed my page, it was all screwed up. So, I tried going back to the older version. I did not lose any of my data, but the look of my page has changed.

The links at the top of the page disappeared, although when I sign in to edit, they are there. They just don’t appear when a visitor looks at the page.

There is also a new link on the side panel that says ‘useful links’.

I just my question is: Can anyone help me get back to my older version, and get the page working again, with the look it had earlier?

    The address is:
    https://www.childrensfitness.info

Anyone who can help, I will be very grateful.

    Thanks.

    Edit:
I was able to recover the page. But can anyone tell me what went wrong? The only thing I cannot figure out. I did get all the links at the top of the page back, along with the pages they are associated with. For some reason, the title is now on the top of the page, which was never there. For example, there are only 3 links on the top nav. They are HOME, TERMS, and CONTACT. When you click on the link, the name of the link always appears on the top of the page.

How can I get rid of that link name at the top of the page?

I just upgraded for the second time, and the same thing happened. I lost all the links on the top nav bar (home, terms, and contact). Can anyone tell me if I am doing anything wrong?

Also, can anyone tell me how to get rid of the words Home, Terms, and Contact at the top of each page. For example, I do not want the word ‘Home’ at the top of the home page. Thanks to anyone who can help.
