Don’t want commenters to have to log in

Hi, I am pretty new at this. My sister said she wanted to comment on my blog but it told her she had to log in. Of course, she had no account. I just want anyone to be able to post without log in.

I checked my settings in Options > Discussion and checked the following, but saw no effect:

x Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
x Allow people to post comments on the article

Nothing else is checked. There is also this:

Hold a comment in the queue if it contains more than -2- links.

Please tell me how exactly I can just let anyone post without logging in. I don’t worry about spam because this blog is somewhat hidden.
