Display captions underneath gallery images?

  • Looking for a way to bypass the Twentyfourteen gallery styling of dropping the caption on top of the image. There are some pages (not home page) where I am adding galleries, and I want the captions to be obvious. Will someone suggest a way I can do this? Thanks.

    I figured this out – kind of. I ripped out all the css for .gallery and slapped in the old css from twenty ten. It needed a bit of cleaning up but the gallery works the same and my captions appear under the images.
