Locked out of the admin again

I was locked out of the admin again today at mysite by the iThemes security plugin. The lockout was temporary, so I am back in now, but the problem remains. It appears to be caused by excessive 404 errors that are being generated and it makes it look like I am trying to hack the site.

It looks like the 404 errors are all pretty similar and are originating from the perticular url

Is there any solution for this problem so these lockouts stop?
