    You only need to apply the “the_content” filter to the recipe cards text. Or if there is already a filter applied to that you could add the “Link_Terms” method from the Encyclopedia object to this filter.

    That worked and it is now recognizing the words in the recipe. Thanks for the help.

    I have another question. In the theme I use there is a global search but when I try and search for one of the words in the Knowledge base it comes up 404. Have I missed something in the settings?

    Please – no need to answer I got it. There is a search widget I needed to put into the side bar. It helps if you read ??
