How to set up “Subscribe to this blog”?

    Hi, I have a new wp blog and I’m wondering how I can set up a link in the menu which redirects to a subscription page where readers can sign up to receive email notification when the blog is updadted. Can anyone explain step by step how to do this in my site, found here: https://www.goodtherapy.org/custom/blog

    I would recommend having a look at the services FeedBurner provide. One of their services is called FeedFlare which should provide the functionality you need.

    Hi Moshu, If you had read my 2nd post more closely you’d see that it was different in that I was asking for a solution within wp. Jkeyes solution involves an outside solution. I’ve seen other wp blogs with a subscribe feature. Do you know of a way to set this function up within wp control panel or does it involve a plug in. Thanks, Noah

    No, there is no such feature in WP.
    The solution offered above is valid.

    Or you may try this plugin: https://www.skippy.net/blog/2005/07/29/subscribe2-215/
    although I have no idea whether it works with WP 2.1 or not.
