All uploaded files are unattached to posts

  • Hi.
    I have a strange issue in one of my website. I’v uploaded all files from post editor, so they must be attached to posts, but they are not. The media library filter is also not working correctly although I attach some files manually.
    I’v reinstalled WordPress core files, deactivated some plugins, but the problem still exists.
    What should I do please? Any Fix?
    I have other websites using WordPress but everything is OK.
