Adding "Menu" text to responsive menu toggle button

I am using premium WordPress theme (using a child_theme)https://www.rotoruafarmers.org.nz
I would like to add the word “Menu” next to the ‘menu toggle button”.
Have tried a number of different tips from searching but none seemed to workAny ideas most appreciated?
