    Hi Steve,

Can you check your developer console for any javscript errors that might be happening? Generally when there is an error on the page, the jQuery won’t run and you won’t see anything happen.

After you import the list is it removed from the drop down? What happens when you reload the page?

    Thanks,
    Evan

    Just as you described.
NOthing seems to happen, then List is removed. If I refresh the page I see the list again, but then just continue the same cycle.

    Hi Steve,

From a little googling it looks like the iconv php extension isn’t installed on your server, and is required to get the plugin working. I think your site is the first server to throw this error. Who are you using to host the site? It may be as simple as reaching out to the tech support and asking them if it’s possible to enable the inconv extension.

    Keep us posted!

    Thanks,
    Evan

Just wanted to update I was having the same issue as the original poster. Installing/enabling the inconv extension on the server worked in my case.

    Hey Charleybea,

Thanks for dropping by to share your solution. I’m glad that solution wasn’t too much trouble and worked for you.

I hope you enjoy using the plugin!

    Evan
