• Hi, maybe someone has an idea and can help me with this responsive bug!

My website is customized runs on the responsive GPP theme Albedo. https://www.anettemossbacher.com with a photo shelter site integrated.

When my cache is cleared and I open my website in Chrome or Firefox, there you see it best, the font appear first very large till the browser adjusted the font to the normal size! Takes quite a bit (my page speed is right now around 88-91%).

On an iPad, the WP site shows up normal with spaces on right & left, but the font to big!

When I go over to my integrated site https://anettemossbacher.photoshelter.com ( just click under menu – Portfolio – What’s new) in “real life” the iPad shows the font of the menu smaller ( as it should be on WP too) but the thumbnails in the site glued to both edges, means no space at all. The menu on top glued to the right. When you go than to https://anettemossbacher.photoshelter.com/gallery-list there is space on the right side, just not on the left side.

I’d like to get rid of the ‘hick-ups” when I open the website on a PC browser, and on the iPad version the glued sides. That would be great.
Any help is highly appreciated with this.
    Thanks so much

    Anette

If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Hi James,

sorry for that. Will stick in the future with your guidelines.

The solution is probably already found and will be tested this week.
