Why Installatron don't email me the password

Why Installatron don’t email me the password when I add my last domain name to my hosting account. They just email me this:

This is an automated email from Installatron. To unsubscribe from these emails or to change notification settings, login to your web hosting control panel, navigate to the Installatron tool, and select the installed applications you wish to modify.

WordPress v3.9.2 has been installed to:

Login to your web hosting control panel and navigate to the Installatron tool to manage this install.

And when I go to my wp admin login I can’t enter because I don’t know the password. In my past domain configuration they send me the email with the user name and password, automatic.
