  • I had the same problem putting the master slider into an accordion element. The first section works fine, the second section on the slider has some problem.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you,

    Daniel.

I’ve contacted WooCommerce support, their answer is:

“I’ve done some digging into what’s going on with your site, and I came across some errors that your “Bad Package” product was kicking back.

I’ve isolated it to the Master Slider plugin, and have pasted the error below for you to look at.

    TypeError: this is undefined
    https://teszt.varinex.info/wp-content/plugins/master-slider/public/assets/js/masterslider.min.js?ver=1.0.10
    Line 9

There is quite a bit more that you can glean from that error, but I will let you take that up with the product developer.

If you are looking for a slider that will do what you need, you can check out our WooSlider”

Unfortunately WooSlider doesn’t have the feature we need so we have two possibilities:

    1) ask Master Slider support to help, or
    2) leave the gallery in the first tab ??

For the moment we decided 2) – because my client is already fed up with all the plugin conflicts so it’s not solved yet, but if someone from Master Slider reads this, I think they can help as we have the above error message.

So, Master Slider developers, are you here to help us? ??

    Have a nice day,

    Hi Moni

    Yes, we are here.

The issue is pretty clear for us and i will explain it for you.
When you put the Master Slider or any web-element in tab or accordion tab which are not at first place, the element is hidden by default, hidden in web means 0 in both height and width, so Master Slider stocks while initialising while the parent element is 0 in dimensions. I hope this make sense for you.

We are already aware of this issue and we are looking for solution too, of course we will include the fix in new update as soon as we find a solution.

Thanks for your feedback and letting us know your thoughts.

    Regards
    Averta team

    Dear Averta team,

ist there a javascript-function we can call, that starts resizing the slides? So we can call this funtion whenever a new tab is clicked.

    Thanks a lot,
    Chris
