Yes, the plugin is active.

If i change themes he works (eg Twenty Twelve), i don’t understand why with this no.

Can you make sure if your theme’s header.php file has wp_head() and footer.php has wp_footer() ?

Hi guys, can you tell me where exactly wp_footer() should be in footer.php?
I have it in:

<?php tha_body_bottom(); ?>
<?php wp_footer(); ?>

</body>
</html>

but I don’t know if it ok or not.
I installed the plugin, but I cannot see any menu ??
