Random Video Side Bar Widget not showing up

Hi !
This plugin was working for me till sometime ago.
But after upgrade to Ver. 5.7 it has stopped working.
Problems :
a) Clicking on the Settings link takes me to :https://mytopjob.in/mtjeng/wp-admin/admin.php?page=LoginRadius
Which is for my Login Radius plugin , not this one.
b) using the Settings>Video Side Bar Widgets takes me to :
https://mytopjob.in/mtjeng/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=video_sidebar_widget_settings
Where I can select the various widgets. However, selecting ‘Random Video Side Bar Widget” no more gives me the Widget in my Widget area at :
https://mytopjob.in/mtjeng/wp-admin/widgets.php
Earlier it used to. So now obviously I can’t select 5 random videos to display in a Side Bar Widget
