• Hello,

    Many of our sales come over the web, but the rest of the sales are when people call in and place an order over the phone.

    There is no way that I can see to take an order and process it in the backend of Woocommerce (as in charge the customers card, send thank you email, and send the order to fulfillment).

    I’m currently looking at TradeGecko for Woocommerce, but I was wondering how anyone else has solved this problem?

    It’s a problem because right now, we process the orders by hand through Quickbooks and it’s creating gaps in our accounting.

  • I have the same question and TradeGecko is over kill as all my client needs is a way to process the credit card in the back end to complete an order.

    Hopefully someone out here will be able to help us.

    Would love an answer to this as well. I’ve been wondering this very same thing for the last couple of years. I had a customer that wanted this option integrated, but there was nothing that I could find that would do it.

    Anyone have any ideas or experiences? Thanks!
