Pro Issue: AJAX not working

For some reason, AJAX load is not working. Jquery is fine and filters all custom taxonomies perfectly, but cannot get the output to load using AJAX. The search form shortcode lives on a widgted area on home page and on sidebar for posts. I am ok with it not working on home page, but would like a sep filter/search for ajax on sub-pages.

I am using the Genesis framework and the included search.php.
