  • Just installed the plugin and I’m getting exactly the same thing with a Google Spreadsheet.

If I save the same data from Excel as a CSV it works fine though.

I am having the same problem. I actually got the chart to work when using a google spreadsheet. But when I tried to create a 2nd chart, I get the error:

Not enough columns given to draw the requested chart

I even have the same data as the chart that works. Uploading it via CSV works fine but when pulling from a google spreadsheet, it gives this error.

To publish the spreadsheet as a CSV, just add this to the URL the format like this.
    /export?format=csv

Hello, I just signed up to the wordpress page and am a total “beginner”. I have installed the visualizer plugin. I am trying to create a chart. I need to upload a csv file. What must the csv file look like if I want to display 1 set of date, using “number of points” for y-axis and “calender week” for x-axis? I frequently keep getting the message stated above.
    Thank you for your help!

I had the same issue. I was trying to display a graph for one google spreadsheet with visualization. I solved it by sharing the entire sheet by clicking the icon on the top right corner first. Then, you can proceed with the rest of the steps.
