Addintional information is missing on Checkout Details and Email Receipt

    I just upgraded to PRO version, and being honest, the transition was very frustrating.
    the interface of LITE and PRO version is lacking of consistence, and the customer support of trottyzone is even worse, I post on support forum and emailed to customer support 5 days ago but no reply.

    Anyway, the problem I come across is the additional information looks functional on check out page, but when order receives, these information was missing on both checkout details and email receipt, how can I fix it?

    WCCM Pro Version 2.9
    Woocommerce 2.0.20
