Removing disclaimer causes uneven from on mobile

    Hello!
    I love your plug in thank you!

    Question: Is there any way to keep the lovely formatting of the even field and button on form 2 and remove the disclaimer? It works great with the disclaimer in, everything stack on top of each other evenly. When I remove the disclaimer on the smaller screen size the field and button stack in different sizes and the headline looks wonky. It does not do this in the form editor but does it when embedded in pages and posts.
    I look forward to future releases and to have different styled forms on different pages. Thanks for your hard work ??
