Permalinks Change Interupting My RSS Feed?

I recently updated my permalinks structure to:
/%category%/%postname%.html
When I look at:
https://www.mysite.com/wp/wp-rss2.php
I don’t see any of my posts.
When I look at:
https://www.mysite.com/wp/feed
I see all of my posts.
I thought https://www.mysite.com/wp/wp-rss2.php
was my feed url I am to post to the rss directories?Why isn’t it working now?
