NO ACCESS to website or admin panel

  • Hi all,

    I am new to all this and have played around with code too much in the functions file with the consequence of both my website and the wp admin panel being unaccessible. the screen just goes blank whenever I am trying to open these two pages.

    I am an absolute rookie when it comes to working with an FTP client, so if there is any way of fixing this problem without using one that’d be great!

    Hi Kristen,

    After around 2 hours I managed to figure out how to access with a ftp client and it is all up and running again ?? I think it was probably a good idea to start tackling my ftp client skills!

    Hello everyone! I just got a new domain but can’t gain access to my control panel. Because of the user name i used. And the email is being redirected. to some else’s email. Can someone please help??
