Decrease resolution while viewing it from mobile

    I’m using tempera theme (V1.2.2) and it works great for me (After making few alignments…)

    The problem starts when I’m trying to view the site from mobile. I had to disable the RESPONSIVENESS option, but still I need to scroll the right direction in order to reach the content part. Example:
