refresh the fields of form with data already exist

Hello,
I have a Form, and I have one particular field of this form like key in a MySql VIEW that I’ve in precedence created (database: cf7dbplugin_submits).

There is a way to update the same row on MySQL table (if the form has the same field key of an other one already exist), without create a new row in the table, when I press the “send” button of the form in the front-end?
