    You can send manual emails from Subscribe2->Send Email in the WordPress admin area.

    i think i already found solution

    you have to Tick this check box : Disable email notifications is checked by default on authoring pages?

    then the post widget wil be disable by default and u hvae to untick it when u want the post to be sent
