• Hello.

I am using SRP (Special Recent Posts) free plugin on a multisite. I create a clean site and activate the plugin. That make this error on the website:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘srp_wp_head’ was given in /home2/*/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 505

Activating the plugin in the main site creates another error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tweakjp_cust_credit() (previously declared in /home2/*/public_html/functions.php:6) in /home2/*/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen-child/functions.php on line 7

What’s the problem? Thank you so much.

I think only the first error is related to SRP. I will investigate.

Hello Luca, thanks for your answer.

    – WordPress 4.0 “Benny”
    – Hostgator Baby Plan
    – Multisite
    – Only Special Recent Posts FREE Edition 2.0.2 activated in site
    – No plugins activated for network
    – Site test: https://analisis.cinematografia.info
    – Theme Twenty Fourteen (I use another and It was the same)

    Errors:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘srp_widgets_init’ was given in /home2/*/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 505

Ok thank you. I’ll let you know.

So you’re activating the plugin not from the network dashboard, but instead from each single site admin panel?

Tested and Tested. Still no problems. Both Network Activation and single Site activation work. Sorry.

Tried to remove the plugin and re-install it?

The only thing i’m supposing, is some sort of problem with the PHP version. Can you spot what version have you installed?

That’s right, the plugin is not activated for network, only in the site. Although I can activate it for network, causing no difference.

I removed it and reinstall it, with no difference.

PHP > Client API version5.5.39-36.0, via PHP info plugin.

    Weird…

Does the plugin generate the same error on a non-multi site wp installation?
