Easy Fancybox ONLY works on home page

I seem to be having the opposite problem that I’ve read most have with the Easy Fancybox plugin… mine works on the home page but nowhere else. I would like it to work everywhere, and it did used to work that way; I don’t know when it broke or what might have caused it to break. The options for Easy Fancybox are set to make it work universally on all image links. I’ve read that others have had issues with jquery being loaded multiple times which screws stuff up, but I have no idea how to check for this or how to fix it if it’s happening. I did just update to WP 4.0 in the hopes that might fix it, but it didn’t.

https://www.mijc.org is the home page and images there work fine. But if you follow any of the post links and try an image inside there, it won’t use the Fancybox. Any advice is appreciated!
