How to add Try This Search on Google?

I love Relevanssi. The thing is that right now we have our content spread across two sites: one WP and one non-WP. Is there any way to pass the Relevanssi search query to a link so that I can show users a link that says “Try this search on our archive” and that would pass the search query string to a site-specific Google search?
And any way to make that link show only if there are zero or <x results?
