Slider images are all different sizes

Dazzling is a beautiful theme, and you are very talented and generous to provide this for free.

I have one small problem while setting up my slider:
1. The slider images are all different sizes
2. I have read other threads on this, where you suggested to resize the featured image in functions. php (This did not help me)
3. Also in another thread you mention changing the thumbnail setup (which I am not clear with :-/)

Lastly, I realize that you mention the sizes are picked as per the size of the featured image (you also suggested a plugin that helps do that, but since it has a few scary negative reviews, I decided to reach out to you.
