Need page to display as 'a half page'

  • Hi guys

    I use Celestial light as theme. Is it possible to some of the pages to display as half a page – so when someone visits this page it will only open over the half of his view and half of the ( full) page behind it will still be visible.
    Would need to adjust the frame of the page I assume ? Can someone help ?
