Can't Access CSS, Upload Media or Install Plugins

  • I copied my wordpress folder into the root directory of my site and I can’t edit css, upload media or install plugins. I changed all the permissions to 777 and still nothing. I’m lost and don’t know what to do! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
