Site not showing on Google

Hi

I need some help I have installed this plugin and have read through so many tutorials on trying to get my site a high ranking on Google however it doesn’t seem to be appearing in any searches.

Could someone please have a look at the site and let me know if I am doing something extremely obvious/silly that could be causing this?
