buttons won't drag

  • I am unable to drag simple share buttons in order to configure. I have a mac, running mavericks with google chrome Version 37.0.2062.94
    I have tried on my windows 7 machine with both firefox and chrome
    I have tried with IE as well.
    When I hover over the left column of buttons, my cursor turns into a cross-hatch. I hold down the left mouse button to select so I can drag and all it does is highlight the buttons. but does not move them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this plug in.
    I went to the video tutorial and clearly I am not the only one having this problem as evidenced by the comments.
