Customizr responsive menu problem

    I have a site that I am using Customizr theme for and I’m happy with the layout and look etc.
    The menu is working fine but the problem that I’m having is when I contract the browser and the responsive menu icon appears and then I click on it, it instantly causes a grey opaque shield like film over the site and I can’t click on anything, let alone the menu.

    Has anyone experienced this and can anyone please advise me on how to fix this.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Something is causing Customizr’s lightbox feature (“Fancybox”) to trigger. It’s probably a plugin conflict. To find out which plugin is causing the problem, deactivate them all and then reactivate them one by one. When the problem recurs, you will know which plugin has caused it.

    Alternatively, if you’re not using this feature, you can switch it off in Appearance > Customize > Images.

    Thank you very much ElectricFeet! That was the problem! It was another lightbox plug in! I removed it and the site works perfectly! Thank you!
