widget space runs out

I am really enjoying this widget but I have a problem. not the first time you have heard this I expect.
It is simply this I am using Table of Contents Plus plugin and I have a large table inserted into one text widget. Underneath it I have two small print text helpers. So about 3 widget in total.
Now with fixed widget I run out of space as I scroll down the contents and in fact never get to see the second and third widget. What I need to know and perhaps it is in the settings is how I allow limited scrolling so that all is visible. you can see this in action at my web site:https://eurekafarm.com.au/bloghh/kid
