Plugin Incorrectly Creates Settings Links for Most Installed Plugins
-
I am running the most recent version of Secure HTML5 Video Player (3.8) and WordPress 4.0. For some reason, this plugin adds a Settings link on the Plugin page to every plugin that I have installed which doesn’t already have its own Settings link that displays on the Plugins page.
For example, I have BackupBuddy installed. When I hover the mouse over the Settings link for BackupBuddy in the plugin list, the link points to the Secure HTML5 Video Player settings page (https://www.example.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=secure-html5-video-player). BackupBuddy has its own settings link in the sidebar menu which is correctly linked there but doesn’t by default have its own settings link displayed in the Plugins list. If I deactivate Secure HTML5 Video Player, the extra Settings links disappear and BackupBuddy and the other plugins display the correct links associated with those plugins.
Please fix this issue ASAP. Thank you.
