WordPress suddenly switched to mobile mode on my laptop

Hi there.
I am so frustrated. Suddenly my wordpress blog has gone huge on me, mobile mode. I did manage to delete the plugin that does this for mobile phones but to no avail. Still huge. Now I can’t even get to the plugins to check that it’s gone.
Is there any thing else that can do this and how do I remove it? Jetpack? WordPress?
All other tabs and even my other wordpress blog are fine. My blog is fine on my PC. It is the laptop that’s the problem.
