Add file from server?

Hello,

Im using download manager and I am very surprised that when adding a new file there is an option to “add file from server”, how it’s possible? Any user who’s avaliable to add file can see all the files from server?
I suggest and I think it’s necessary an option to activate it for specific users or only for admins or disable option.

Im going to modify the plugin to remove this option. I hope the next updates can choose it in settings.
