Skippy.net Subscribe2 Plugin not saving…

I just spent about a half hour making all my choices about configuration of this plugin. Then I get to the bottom and click ‘submit’ (which is in an odd place, right under ‘categories to exclude’) and it directs to a blank page. The options did not save.
