Paid Subscription Plugin?

Is there a plugin that would allow the sale of for example, a weekly e-magazine or e-newspaper.. and be able to e-mail out that sold item to the customers e-mail weekly or once uploaded?

For example.. You as the customer would go to the subscribe page, subscribe & pay, then you would begin to receive the subscription content directly on your e-mail…
