Cannot Install New Theme!!!

  • I have posted here about this already but no one answered!!!

    Please help!!!

    I am using crocweb hosting and downloaded WordPress… There is nowhere to install a new template or theme…

    I have used WordPress multiple times… The issue is not me! It is simply that there is no way to install a new theme… The option for it is gone!

    Can someone please help!
