Private User folder download – and upload file via FTP

I need a plugin that allows you to upload files (pdf) personal to each user also via FTP in a private folder. The folder must take its name from the nickname of the user.
Features:

1 Each user has a folder named with his own nickname. example: User A – A folder.
2.The files in the user’s personal folder can only be downloaded by the user. Example: A user can download files in folder A
3 Ability to upload files in the personal folder also via FTP. If I load the file via FTP to the Folder A, user A can download the files contained inside the folder A

is there any plugin or combination of it. this plugin (user files) would be fine but it creates the folder with user ID.
