No longer able to edit "Attachment Details" when trying to insert photos in post

  • Hi-
    Since yesterday, I have not been able to add any attachment details (title, caption, alt text etc.) when inserting media (photograph) into my post.

    It was working fine up until last night, and still having the same issue today.

    Very frustrating, and have searched forums and nothing on this particular issue.

    This happened after the 4.0 update and after I activated the Yoast SEO plugin. Could these be related?
